The estimated plinth area was 320 Sqaure metres. The client was so paranoid about the design at the conceptual stage but upon completion it gave the most spectacular look in the estate. The finishes for the house were semi premium with some pointing and jointing works on the exterior (key finishes) but also moulding works on the columns and window seals. The roofing finishes were the stone coated mabatis (Decra roofing sheets).
For interior, we did the decorative gypsum blend with modern lighting systems. We also did the granito floor tiling as well as the modern customized kitchen cabinets.
