The project is design for a 50×100 size plot with:
- A Master En-suite.
- An spacious Lounge.
- An Open Kitchen With a breakfast table.
- 2 Guest bedrooms at the ground floor.
- Two other bedrooms on the upper floor.
- A family room and a mini bar.
The estimated plinth area is 340 square meters. The the maisonette is design with a flat concrete roof finish to maximize on space and view.
The exterior finishes for the house will be;
- The bush hammered stone blocks carefully dressed and well pointed and jointed.
- Wall master painting on the plastering surface done on Ndarugu machine cut blocks.
- Alluminium windows and doors.
On the interiors the following will be the types of fininishes:
- Granito tiles floor finish.
- Gypsum ceiling finishes.
- customized semi solid panel doors.
- 3D Epoxy floor finish.
Majority of the types of finishes to be done will be customized to customer’s specifications.
