The house is designed with a spacious lounge, a guest bedroom, an open kitchen and pantry at the ground floor. On the upper floor we have the master en-suite, a family room and two other bedrooms.
The project is designed on a 50×100 size plot and its plinth area is estimated to be 290 square metres.
The project period is projected in our schedule of work is designed to take 6 months utmost. the projected period is subject to be affected by late disbursement of funds and natural crisis like covid 19 and adverse weather conditions.
